BillyLove and Mark Adler made The 33rd Amendment in 2012 to celebrate Barack Obama’s re-election campaign and to rail against the lies perpetrated by incumbent office holders and/or candidates who bend
and distort the truth.  A real problem to balance “Free Speech” with “No Lies."  We thought it would take a constitutional amendment to accomplish, and this might just do the trick !!

We were also celebrating the 25th anniversary of our first music award winning video from 1987, “(Do) The National Breakdown," which won a Golden Gate Award, ‘Best Promotional Film or Video,’ at the San Francisco International Film Festival, as well as a Silver Medal at the New York International Film and Video Festival in 1987.

Phillip E. Walker appeared in The 33rd Amendment and has been acting and working on promotion of indie films for many years. 
In 2021 Phillip offered to submit the 33rd Amendment to Film Festivals. We agreed,
so he submitted to 40 festivals in 11 countries, on 4 continents in early 2021. By August 2021 the video had won 29 awards, including Best Music Video, Best Message, Most Timely Music Video, Best Director of a Music Video, and Best Performance in several different festivals. This is clearly a video whose time and message have come of age. Thanks for your support !!
